People‘s College International (PCI) has the vision to assist regions and cities to establish an intelligent community based system for life long learning, that is based on the already existing resources of the location.

Such a system is rarely existing in developing countries, although it could contribute a lot to the social, economic, cultural and ecological development of a locality.
